Grade A: Excellent cosmetic condition. No visible scratches, dents, or wear marks. Screen is flawless. Keyboard shows minimal use. Looks like a device used for 6 months, not 3 years.
Grade B: Good condition with minor cosmetic wear. May have light scratches on the lid or palm rest. Screen is clean. All functions work perfectly. The wear is cosmetic only — performance is identical to Grade A.
Every refurbished laptop goes through our process: certified data wipe (Blancco or DBAN with certificate), hardware testing (CPU stress test, RAM verification, SSD health check, battery health measurement, all port testing, screen inspection), OS installation (Windows 10/11 Pro upon request, or shipped without OS), and cosmetic grading. Each unit ships with a test report documenting all results.
Minimum order: 20 units for wholesale pricing. 50+ units for volume discounts. 100+ units for contract pricing with dedicated account management. Mixed model orders accepted — you can combine HP, Lenovo, and Dell in a single order.
We can ship with Windows 10 or 11 Pro pre-installed (licensed through the Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher program) or without OS, depending on your preference. OS licensing adds to the per-unit cost.
We test every battery before shipping. Our minimum threshold is 70% of original capacity. Laptops with batteries below 70% get a battery replacement before being listed. Actual battery health percentage is included in the test report for each unit.
Yes. We can upgrade RAM (e.g., from 8GB to 16GB) and storage (e.g., from 256GB to 512GB SSD) before shipping. This is especially useful if you want to sell a preconfigured bundle in your market.
